These terms apply to companies contracting exhibition space at LOGMAT 2027. They are summarised here; the binding terms are those in the signed space booking contract and the Exhibitor Manual.
A booking is confirmed only on receipt of the signed space booking form and the required advance payment. Stand allocation is at the organiser's discretion, taking into account booking date, stand size, product category and floor plan balance.
Payment terms are stated on the booking form. Space is not held against unpaid bookings. Access to the stand during build-up is subject to the account being settled in full.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale by date as set out in the booking contract. Space cancelled after the stated deadline is payable in full.
Shell scheme stands are built by the official contractor. Bare space exhibitors must submit stand designs for approval by the published deadline and appoint approved contractors. Height and rigging limits are set out in the Exhibitor Manual.
Live demonstrations require advance declaration of machine specification, power load, guarding and safety arrangements. The organiser may prohibit any demonstration considered unsafe.
Exhibitors must hold adequate public liability and goods-in-transit insurance. The organiser is not liable for loss, theft or damage to exhibits or personal property.
Exhibitors may not sub-let, share or transfer allocated space without prior written approval from the organiser.
Exhibitors are responsible for compliance with all applicable statutory, safety and tax regulations relating to their exhibits and operations at the venue.
